In Stock Policy
Unlike other
vendors we do not wait until we have accumulated a large number
of orders from our customers for a particular product before we
order the item into inventory. Because of this we can boast a
near 95% Order Fill rate! Occasionally an item may be
temporarily out of stock. This is usually due to an unexpectedly
large order received for the item, or perhaps a shortage in
availability of the item from the manufacturer or distributor.
Your credit card is not charged until we process your order.
Some items are not stock items. These items typically include
exceptionally large, bulky, unusual, high priced, or special
order items. These items are displayed with a stock status of
"Special Order" and will be shipped directly to you from the
manufacturer or distributor. Please allow a few extra days for
delivery of special order or drop shipped items.
Shipping &
Handling Rates
At
AccessoryWarehouse.com we know
you want your order as soon as possible, and we're willing to
work extra hard to get your order to you fast!
Orders shipping via Next Day, Two Day or 3 Day Rush received
before 1PM CST Monday thru Friday for in-stock items are
processed and shipped the same day. Orders shipping via Ground
generally process and ship the same or following business day.
Shipping schedule excludes weekends and holidays. Next Day Air Saturday delivery
may be available as a delivery option
for orders placed on Friday by telephone.
"Expect to receive your order in 3 to 10 business days"
Shipping charges
are based upon the weight of your order, the method of shipment
and the destination. Insurance charges cover the contents of
your order in the event the order is damaged or lost while in
transit.
We may call to verify your order, especially if it is a rush order or an
order that is being shipped to an address other than the
registered credit card Bill To address. To avoid delay in the
processing of your order please be sure to provide a daytime
telephone number where we can reach you. If we call to verify
your order and we are unable to reach you by telephone your
order will be held.
Some orders, particularly
Rush Shipping orders and orders totaling $300 or
more may require an adult signature at time of delivery.
Some large items may
incur additional "oversize" shipping charges . These additional
charges will be calculated and added automatically and are
included in the total shipping charges for your order. "Free"
and promotional items will incur additional shipping charges
and/or handling charges.
Sorry, we do not
accept international orders or any order shipped outside the
continental United States. You are responsible and will be charged for any
additional charges, duties, taxes, etc. imposed by any
destination country.
Order Agreement
& Return Policy
Order
Verification - We utilize the AVS (Address Verification
System) on all credit card purchases. In order to process your
order we must have the correct billing address that your credit
card is registered to. Please be sure to provide this
information at the time you place your order. In the information
you provide does not exactly match the information your credit
card company has on file your order may be held. In
addition some rush shipments may require that we contact you
prior to shipment, so be sure to include accurate daytime
contact information. These two steps on your part will greatly
increase our ability to offer you excellent service and to
process and ship your order in a timely manner.
Shipping
- Prices listed do not include shipping & handling charges which
are based upon the weight, method of shipment, and destination
of your order. A complete order total including shipping &
handling can be obtained using the online shopping cart system.
It is not necessary to actually place an order to receive an
order total. When placing your order by phone, a complete order
total including shipping & handling will be given at the time
your order is placed. Rush shipping is available at an
additional charge. Any order cancelled after it has been shipped
or any shipment refused will be considered a return and is
subject to our return policy below. Delivery address changes on
shipments in transit will incur an additional charge of $15 per
package per address correction or change made. By placing an
order you are authorizing us to collect this amount from your
credit card or checking account should address changes be
necessary.
Warranty
- Most products sold carry a manufacturer's warranty. The
coverage terms and period of coverage vary depending upon the
product and the manufacturer. If you need general warranty
information on any product prior to purchase send an email
request to
support@accessorywarehouse.com. While we may be able to provide you
with the general terms of the manufacturer's warranty from
information provided with the product, we may be unable to
answer specific questions pertaining to a particular warranty.
AccessoryWarehouse.com is a reseller of products and service listed and
as such we provide no warranty or guarantees of any kind on
products or services sold.
Returns
- Defective items will be accepted for exchange of the same item
only, and must be received by us within 30 days of our ship date
to you. There is no restock charge on defective items returned
for exchange. Non-defective items will be accepted for refund or
exchange when received by us within 30 days of our ship date to
you. A 15% restocking charge applies to all non-defective items returned for
refund or exchange, no exceptions. No returns or exchanges
accepted on satellite systems or receivers once programming has
been activated on the receiver. Certain items are non-returnable
/ non-refundable. These items include software, video and audio
tape or other recording media, custom-cut cables, surge
protectors, tools, portable dishes and systems, any item that
has been assembled or installed, special order items, drop ship
items, and closeout items. The sale of these items is final.
Returned items must be double-boxed (product box placed inside a
larger shipping box) and must be returned in perfect, like-new
condition and contain all original packaging materials, supplies
and warranty cards. Items returned that are damaged, missing
parts, show signs or use or are otherwise not in perfect
like-new condition will be refused, or at our discretion, will
incur additional restocking charges. Product boxes that are
damaged by excessive wear, marking, tape, stickers, or are
otherwise not in perfect, like-new resellable condition will
incur an additional box charge of $15 or may be refused. Prior
to returning an item you must call or email customer service in
order to obtain the required RA (return authorization) number at
(334) 635-7492 or
returns@accessorywarehouse.com. The RA number issued will be valid
for a maximum of 15 days from the date of issue and cannot be
extended or re-issued. Returned item must be received by us
within this 15 day period or within 30 days of our ship date to
you, whichever comes first. Returned items must clearly show the
RA number on the outside box of the double-boxed item and must
be returned shipping pre-paid by you. Returns without RA
numbers, with expired RA numbers, received after 30 days of our
ship date, collect shipments, or returns that are not
double-boxed will not be accepted and will be returned to you at
your expense. For faster processing please include a copy of
your original invoice with your returned item.
Past-due
Accounts - We reserve the right to use an outside agency
for the collection of past due accounts or accounts in dispute.
This includes chargebacks.
Chargebacks -
We cooperate with Merchant Protect and report unscrupulous
chargebacks in an effort to assist other online retailers in
their decision whether or not to accept orders from these
customers in the future.
Privacy Policy
- At AccessoryWarehouse.com we keep you up to date on current products
and promotions. All orders, catalog requests, and internet
sign-ups are automatically entered into our contact database to
receive information and promotions delivered direct by US Mail
or email. Occasionally we may contact you by email with product
announcements or special offers. If you do not wish to receive
this information please inform the order taker of your "no email
contact" preference at the time you place your order, or at
anytime thereafter by sending an email with your name, email
address and telephone number to
remove@accessorywarehouse.com.
Please note that by requesting no email contact that no email
can be sent to you. This includes automatic email shipment
confirmations for any orders that you may place now or in the
future.
Limitation of
Warranties and Liability - Products are sold on an "as
is" basis, without any warranties or conditions, express or
implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of
merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute, usage of
trade, or course of dealing. The entire risk to the results and
performance of products purchased is assumed by you. Neither we
nor our dealers or suppliers shall have any liability to you or
any other person or entity for any indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not
limited to, damage to property or person, including personal
injury or death, loss of revenue or profit, lost or damaged data
or other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been
advised of the possibility of such damages, or they are
foreseeable. We are also not responsible for claims by a third
party. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the
amount you paid for the product. The limitations in this section
shall apply whether or not the alleged breach or default is a
breach of a fundamental condition or term or a fundamental
breach. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.
Acceptance of
Terms - By placing an order you agree to be bound by our
terms and conditions of sale and to pay to us all attorney,
collection, court costs and other charges we incur as a result
of or in connection with your order.
All prices,
packages, programming, product descriptions and specifications
are subject to change without notice. All brand names and
trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
